On location in Yokohama, Japan

Spent the day in Yokohama doing research and filming: Osanbashi Pier, Yokohama Archives of History, the Kanagawa Prefectural Government Main Building, etc. Although this is the fourth reconstruction in October 1928 after the Great Kanto Earthquake, the prefectural building’s location has remained the same as when Katsu Goto worked here before emigrating to Hawaii in 1885. It’s also called the “King’s Tower” one of three Yokohama tower historical buildings. The others are called the Queen’s, Jack’s and there’s also an Ace dome. Rain in the morning, but dry by mid morning and cloudy.
